Tickets can be purchased at the piers of the navigation company (Società di navigazione del Lago di Lugano), at the shop located at the entrance to the Brissago Islands, and on the online shop of Ascona Locarno (Organizzazione Turistica Lago Maggiore e Valli).

The entrance fee offers the 'Short botanical tour'.

Payment in Euro is accepted, change is given in Swiss francs.
